Consumer Tips

The CFBP contains a free consultation and counseling centre for the benefit of the consumers who wish to seek advice on grievances against business transactions or goods. The centre is open to all consumers who might or might not be members of CFBP. The centre mainly assists consumers in drafting notices or other correspondence material including complaints and affidavits of evidence or notes of arguments, assists in procedural aspects of the filed complaint and provides case laws etc.

  • Understand your rights and obligations as a consumer, get accurate information so you can make more informed decisions, and find out what you can do if you have a problem or complaint.
  • Harness your fullest potential as a business venture by practicing fair trade. Generate trust and goodwill with customers, and therefore society, to achieve long-term success.
